AC Rental Equipment for Warehouses
Our commercial rental fleet provides temporary cooling for warehouses, distribution centers, loading areas, storage facilities, and industrial workspaces.
5-Ton portable AC Solution
When a large packing area, production zone, or active warehouse floor needs serious cooling fast, our 5-ton portable AC solution provides flexible, high-capacity climate control. By using multiple powerful 1.5-ton units instead of one oversized system, cooling can be directed toward the areas where employees, equipment, or sensitive materials need it most. Shipping stations, assembly areas, inventory zones, and loading operations can all experience excessive heat, but quickly installed portable AC units can help preserve productivity and keep critical warehouse functions moving.
1.75-Ton Water Cooled AC
For warehouses, distribution centers, and interior work areas where venting hot air is difficult, this 1.75-ton water-cooled portable AC is a practical temporary cooling option. It is especially useful for interior packing rooms, quality-control areas, break rooms, offices within a warehouse, and enclosed spaces without exterior walls or convenient exhaust access. Because the unit uses cold water instead of traditional hot-air ventilation, it can provide dependable cooling in areas where standard portable AC equipment may not be suitable.
1.5-Ton AC
Our 1.5-ton portable AC and dehumidification unit is a strong fit for fulfillment centers, storage facilities, shipping departments, light manufacturing areas, warehouse offices, and other large spaces that need reliable climate control. Whether your main HVAC system has stopped working, a specific work zone is overheating, or additional cooling is needed during peak production or shipping periods, this portable AC rental helps keep employees more comfortable and operations running safely.
1-Ton AC
This 1-ton portable AC rental is a practical choice for cooling smaller warehouse areas, including supervisor offices, shipping offices, quality-control rooms, inventory rooms, employee break areas, security stations, and enclosed workspaces. Its compact design makes it easy to position in tighter commercial and industrial spaces, while its quiet operation allows employees to continue working, communicating, and monitoring equipment with minimal disruption.
Mini XL
The Mini XL portable HVAC unit is ideal for spot cooling smaller warehouse offices, packing stations, tool rooms, inventory control areas, electrical rooms, server rooms, and mechanical equipment spaces. It provides dependable cooling in a compact footprint, making it a useful option when targeted temperature control is needed without taking up valuable floor space.
Mini Cooler
The Mini Cooler is a compact but effective temporary cooling unit for offices, enclosed workstations, security booths, storage rooms, equipment rooms, and other tight warehouse spaces that need a steady supply of cool air. It offers a straightforward solution for managing heat during HVAC problems, seasonal temperature spikes, or equipment-related heat buildup.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can portable AC units cool an entire warehouse?
Portable AC units can provide effective temporary cooling for warehouses, but the equipment setup will depend on the size of the building, ceiling height, insulation, outdoor temperature, heat-producing equipment, and the specific areas that need cooling. In many facilities, portable AC is most effective when used to cool occupied work zones, inventory areas, offices, or equipment rooms rather than the entire open warehouse at once.
How quickly can you deliver emergency portable AC to a warehouse?
We generally deliver and install units in 90 minutes to 2 hours. We know speed is vital when your AC goes down. We work hard to provide temporary cooling fast.
What warehouse areas can be cooled with portable air conditioners?
Portable AC rentals can be used in packing stations, assembly areas, shipping offices, employee break rooms, quality-control rooms, inventory areas, server rooms, electrical rooms, security stations, and other enclosed or occupied spaces. Different portable cooling systems may be recommended depending on the square footage, heat load, ceiling height, and available exhaust access.
Can portable AC help protect inventory and equipment?
Yes. Temporary warehouse cooling can help reduce excessive heat around temperature-sensitive products, electronics, machinery, servers, and other critical equipment. Portable air conditioners are not a substitute for specialized refrigeration or cold-storage systems, but they can help maintain more stable conditions while a permanent HVAC system is being repaired.
