Salt Lake City and Utah County businesses operate in a high-desert climate where summer temperatures can climb sharply and commercial buildings often face substantial daytime heat loads. Healthcare facilities, technology companies, warehouses, manufacturers, hotels, and downtown offices all depend on consistent cooling to protect people and maintain operations. When a central HVAC system stops working, Rescue Cooling Rentals provides commercial portable AC units throughout the Salt Lake Valley for emergency response, temporary projects, and supplemental cooling.
Our technicians handle delivery, installation, equipment placement, and pickup. We match the rental equipment to the size of the space, number of occupants, available power, sun exposure, and internal heat load.

Outdoor Event AC Rental
Salt Lake City’s event season makes the most of mountain views and clear summer weather, but strong sun and high daytime temperatures can create difficult conditions inside tents and temporary structures.
Our 1.5-Ton units are a strong fit for: mountain-view weddings, corporate retreats, convention hospitality areas, outdoor trade events, university functions, festival tents, sports hospitality, private receptions, sponsor lounges, and catered dining spaces.
Each unit operates using standard power, making it easier to add cooling without extensive site preparation. Provide the tent dimensions, venue conditions, guest count, and event timeline, and our team will recommend a setup designed for consistent coverage.
