In Orlando, year-round heat and humidity mean a failed HVAC system can shut down a hotel guest floor in January just as easily as a restaurant kitchen in August. Rescue Cooling Rentals delivers commercial portable AC units to hotels, restaurants, convention spaces, medical facilities, distribution warehouses, and offices across the Orlando metro, often within 90 minutes of the call.
Our team handles delivery, professional installation, and pickup so your operations team can stay focused on guests, patients, and customers instead of HVAC logistics. Whether you’re protecting refrigerated inventory, keeping a guest tower occupied, or maintaining safe working temperatures during a system replacement, we right-size each unit to your space and load.
Industrial AC rental EQUIPMENT
5-Ton portable AC Solution
When you need serious cooling power, our 5 Ton industrial AC solution delivers—using a flexible setup of multiple high-capacity 1.5-ton units. Ideal for offices, production floors, retail environments, or emergency response situations where uptime is critical.
Easily cools up to 2,000 square feet with a combined 56,000+ BTUs.
1.75-Ton Water Cooled AC

Ideal for server rooms, interior offices, or high-rise buildings, it offers reliable cooling without the need for hot-air ventilation. Requires access to cold water for operation.
Easily cools 750 square feet with 18,200 BTUs.

We deliver and install across the Orlando metro for: Outdoor weddings, corporate events, tented receptions, festivals, church events, VIP areas, and outdoor dining spaces.
Multiple units combine to create “Cool Zones,” defined comfortable spaces where guests naturally gather. Each unit runs on standard power, gets professionally positioned for airflow, and breaks down cleanly at the end of the event. Tell our team your guest count, venue type, and tent dimensions, and we’ll build the right setup.
Commercial Portable AC FAQs
How do you match the right portable AC unit to my Orlando business?
Three things drive it: square footage, what’s running inside (servers, kitchen equipment, refrigeration), and the heat people or processes add. We offer six commercial sizes. The 6,000 BTU Mini Cooler covers compact offices, the 1-Ton, 1.5-Ton, and 1.75-Ton water-cooled units handle most office, retail, and server-room needs, and the 5-Ton multi-unit solution cools production floors up to 2,000 sq ft. We don’t over-sell, so the smartest first step is a quick call where our team matches a unit to your space.
Who rents commercial portable AC units in Orlando?
Offices of all sizes, industrial and production floors, retail spaces, server rooms, and high-rise interiors, plus outdoor weddings, celebrations, and corporate events on our 1.5-Ton units. Across Orlando that covers everything: a small office with one Mini Cooler, or a production floor running a 5-Ton multi-unit setup.
How quickly can you deliver a portable AC to my Orlando business?
Most Orlando deliveries arrive within 90 minutes of your call to 407-613-2215. We run 24/7, holidays included.
Can a portable unit handle large commercial spaces in Orlando?
Yes. The 5-Ton portable AC Solution links multiple 1.5-Ton units to cool up to 2,000 sq ft (56,000+ BTU). It deploys faster, fits tighter spaces, and holds temperature better than one massive unit, usually at lower cost. Production floors, large offices, retail spaces, and emergency response are common uses.
Do the units run on standard power?
It depends on the unit. The 1.5-Ton runs on standard power, the same one we deploy at outdoor events. The 1.75-Ton water-cooled unit also needs access to cold water. We confirm exactly what your space needs during the quote, so there are no surprises on install day.
Can I rent a portable AC while my building’s HVAC is being repaired?
Yes, bridging a repair is one of the most common reasons businesses rent. Renew and extend as long as you need, and we arrange pickup once your central system is back online. Rentals start at $35/day for the Mini Cooler.
