Jacksonville businesses operate in a climate where heat, moisture, and heavy HVAC demand are part of daily life. Hospitals, logistics facilities, hotels, restaurants, offices, and industrial operations across Northeast Florida depend on reliable cooling for much of the year. When central air conditioning fails, Jacksonville’s humidity can make a building uncomfortable—and potentially unsafe—in very little time. Rescue Cooling Rentals delivers commercial portable AC units throughout the Jacksonville area for emergency outages, maintenance projects, and temporary cooling requirements.
Our crew manages delivery, installation, equipment placement, and pickup. We calculate the cooling need based on square footage, occupancy, building conditions, and the heat generated inside the space.

Outdoor Event AC Rental
Jacksonville events come with waterfront views, outdoor venues, and coastal humidity that can overwhelm an unconditioned tent.
Our 1.5-Ton portable AC units are ideal for: waterfront weddings, corporate hospitality events, golf tournaments, military and veteran gatherings, festival tents, tailgate parties, private receptions, sponsor lounges, outdoor dining spaces, and community celebrations.
Each unit uses standard power, and our team plans equipment placement to create balanced cooling rather than one concentrated stream of cold air. Send us the venue layout, tent measurements, and anticipated guest count, and we’ll help determine the right setup.
