Frequently Asked Questions
How much does an Austin portable AC rental cost?
Pricing starts at $35 a day for our Mini Cooler, which handles bedrooms up to 250 square feet. Larger units for living rooms and open-concept spaces run $65 a day and up.
Can I rent a portable AC for an outdoor wedding near Austin?
Yes, and Austin weddings are a regular call for us, especially at Hill Country venues in Dripping Springs, Driftwood, and Wimberley where summer ceremonies run hot. We handle delivery and setup before your event and pickup when it ends.
Will my homeowners insurance cover a portable AC rental if my Austin HVAC fails?
In most cases, no. Standard homeowners policies typically cover HVAC damage from events like fires, fallen trees, or hail, which matters during Central Texas storm season but not for the compressor failure in August that most Austin breakdowns actually are.
Our Austin-area school's AC can't keep up during a heatwave. Can you help?
Yes, we can deploy portable AC units in schools across Austin ISD, Round Rock ISD, and Leander ISD while capital repairs work through the district timeline.
